why all this need for salvation, I wonder?
it's just that I remember about the hills
lifting up one's eyes and that's where
the strength comes from
yes, it's from out there
and I do experience right now
an exhilirating sense
of having survived
the fires of hell
death by drowning
and now standing in the shadow of a mighty rock
shelter from the desert storm
